Hydrolyzed chicken powder is made from human food grade chicken. Through the process of enzymolysis, the large protein molecules are broken down into smaller peptides and amino acids. This breakdown can improve amino acid bioavailability, potentially reduce allergic reactions, and offer enhanced shelf stability. Applying hydrolyzed chicken protein in pet food can enhance the palatability of the food and give the food better nutritional and functional value.
